Return & Refund Policy – Pathfinder Art

Every piece is created and packaged with care, and your support truly means the world.

Returns

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order items, Pathfinder Art does not generally accept returns for:

  • Original paintings
  • Commissioned artwork
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Digital downloads

However, if there is an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will always do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

If approved, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered depending on the situation.

Prints & Merchandise

For eligible non-custom items, return requests may be accepted within 14 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Commissioned artwork
  • Personalised/custom items
  • Digital products/downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items

Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch or production begins. Once an item has been shipped or a commission has started, cancellations may not be possible.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue.
